Leafield Marine D7 Filter (Drop Stitch) Inflation Valve

The Leafield Marine D7 high pressure valve is specifically designed for use with high pressure drop stitch fabric. It is ideal for use in paddle boards, rescue platforms and water park equipment. It is also used in demanding Commercial and Military applications such as boats and combat craft.

The D7 high pressure valve has an internal mesh filter, which is designed to stop drop stitch threads and debris from entering the valve seal and causing leaks.

Like the standard D7 valve it has the same clamping method, and O ring seal added to the valve core, to reduce the risk of lateral leaks in the fabric.

The strong retaining strap is hidden from view when the cap is fitted preventing any snagging during use. The cap can be replaced without the need to remove the valve.

The D7 core is also available in black and the caps are available in grey, black, white or yellow. Your company brand or logo can be added to the valve cap, subject to a minimum quantity and tooling charge. If this is of interest please submit an enquiry e mail.
